01 · concept development

Before the content, the idea. Before the idea, the question.

Every brand film this magazine has ever written about began the same way: somebody asked a better question than the brief. Concept development is where we ask it.

We work in the room, not in the inbox — strategy, creative and production at one table — until the idea can be said in a sentence and survives being said out loud. Then we write it down so a director, a channel team and a CFO read the same thing.

What you get: a concept paper, a content architecture, a running order for the first twelve months — and a reason to make the thing at all.

Berlin studio. Danish and English. Oblique strategies on the wall.

“An idea you can’t say in one sentence isn’t ready to be a film.”

Contentmarketing

Distribution is not an afterthought. It is the second half of the idea.

We plan content the way a magazine plans an issue: a cover story, a running order, a reason to come back next month. Owned, earned and paid are not three budgets — they are one audience seen from three sides.

We run the calendar, the channels and the numbers, and we tell you which of the three deserves the next euro.

Formats we make and run: brand films and their 9:16 afterlife, long-form editorial, newsletters people actually open, LinkedIn for founders who dislike LinkedIn — and the quiet work of making all of it findable, by search engines and, increasingly, by the AI assistants your customers now ask first.

Reporting once a month, in a page you can read standing up.

What we run
01 brand films + 9:16 cuts
02 long-form editorial
03 newsletters
04 social, founder-led
05 search & AI answers
06 the monthly page

what we measure — attention held, not impressions bought · stories finished, not clicks started · the share of your audience that comes back without being paid to · and, once a quarter, whether the idea still holds.

Words with their own art director.

Copy here is not handed to the design team afterwards. The writer and the art director sit at the same table — often they are the same person. Headlines, scripts, voice-overs, captions, the forty characters on the thumbnail.

Visuals: art direction, stills and motion, photography briefs, typographic systems — and the edit that decides what the brand looks like at six in the morning on a phone.

We write in English and Danish, and we set what we write.
