Everyone’s life experiences its own anxieties. Pro-Specs met three people who, despite their anxieties, persevered. A novice senior who retired after decades at a company, a young man in his 30s forging ahead despite the uncertainties of life, and an athlete who tirelessly trains and strives for records. We encountered the lives of these individuals transformed through running.
The novice senior was a marathoner who had completed over 500 full marathons, building the confidence to overcome hardships. The young man in his 30s had discovered how to release negative emotions through running and was creating a brand to share his experiences.
